¶ NatureCraft Staff Team
NatureCraft staff team is a group of volunters who donated their time and effort to the well-being of the network. A round of applause to them for their hard work.
Players usually will interact with three types of staff members, Helper, Moderator, Admin. Staff are generally frequently online and feel free to ask them any questions! If the issues at hand is beyond the scope of helpers and moderators, they will often ask you to create a support ticket so that higher level of staff can intervene.
Higher level staff as of now includes Developer and Admin.
¶ Global Staff
Global staff are staff members that have juristiction over the entire network and can practice their ruling on all the realms. Currently, global staff rank only includes developers.
¶ Developer
Developers is a special rank of staff. They generally do their work in the background or while they are afking. They are responsible for the bug fixes, feature addition, game balancing of the network as well as network's secondary functions such as maintaining wiki, forum, Discord, etc. Therefore they are always very busy. Please never ping developers in Discord and resort to normal support procedure. The procedure will reach developers eventually if other server staff ranks are unable to resolve the issue.
¶ Realm-Specific Staff
Realm specific staff will only have their title displayed in ingame Tab if they are staff on that realm. For example, a Terra helper will only have Helper title in Terra realm. They usually are only responsible and have ruling over events of their respective realm. All the realm-specific staff also will have their respective staff rank shown in Discord tags.
¶ Helper
Helpers are selected volunteers from the server players who sacrificed their time and energy to help support and maintain the NatureCraft community. They are generally experienced in the respective server's game mechanics and frequently asked questions. They will also guide players through opening support tickets and other chores. However, they do not control over higher level of server functions such as restoring player inventory on abnormal death, etc.
Also please note that all helpers are voluntary. Their efforts are to be respected. Disrespectful actions toward Helpers, once verified, will result in an immediate ban.
¶ Moderator
Moderators are a selected few from the helpers with one additional responsibility/power, which is the moderation of the server environment, including checking/moderating against griefing, exploits, and server chat. They have the power to punish players for actions that violate the NatureCraft network rules.
¶ Admin
Admin can performs all daily functions in each respective realms that does not require server infrastructure level changes. They can restore player inventories, arbitrate on disputes, etc. Most of the issues and support tickets can be handeled by the admin. Only in rare cases the ticket will be forwarded to the developers.
¶ Report Staff Abuse
All the NatureCraft Network staffs are rigorously examined and selected from huge amount of applicants. Therefore, we believe in the professionality and expertise of our staff members. However if you believe you are witnessing/experiencing staff abuse, please report to a developer or admin through discord support tickets.
